1. Who we are
“Wibru” (“we”, “us”) is a website-design and hosting service operated from the United States. By using our website at wibru.com or engaging us to build or host a website, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We offer the following services to U.S.-based home-service businesses:
- Custom website design and copywriting
- Hosting at
<your-business>.wibru.comor your own domain - Ongoing minor edits (text changes, image swaps, new pages within reason)
- Optional integrations (Stripe checkout, contact forms, booking widgets)
Specifics — page count, integrations, custom features — are agreed in your individual quote and intake form.
3. Pricing & billing
Our standard package is $200 one-time setup + $39/month hosting. Custom work is quoted separately. All payments are processed via Stripe. By accepting a quote, you authorise the recurring monthly charge until you cancel.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. There is no minimum commitment — you can cancel any time and we’ll stop billing at the end of the current period.
4. Intellectual property
On payment of the setup fee, you own the source files, copy, and any custom design we produce for you. Stock images we license (e.g. Unsplash) remain under their original licence. Our reusable templates and code framework remain ours.
If you cancel hosting, we provide a full ZIP of your site files plus a deploy guide so you can host it elsewhere — at no charge. We do not lock you out of your own work.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service for:
- Illegal goods or services
- Spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
- Adult content, gambling, or other regulated industries we don’t serve
- Anything that infringes third-party rights or contains hate speech
We may suspend or terminate service for violations. Where possible we’ll notify you and give you a chance to remedy.
6. Uptime & support
We target 99.5% uptime on hosted sites. Planned maintenance is announced via email at least 48 hours in advance. We don’t guarantee 100% uptime — the internet is the internet.
Support is by email reply within 1 business day for active subscriptions. Emergencies (site fully down) are handled outside business hours when reachable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination we provide your site files (ZIP), stop hosting at the end of the current billing cycle, and remove your subdomain. Refunds for the current month are case-by-case at our discretion.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which Wibru is registered. Any disputes are resolved in those courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
